The Happy Way is a method that allows us to incorporate our key values – Happiness, Clarity, Dedication and Empathy – into all our productions. Using The Happy Way, we help our clients with everything from initial workshop to final delivery, and together we create a training that – you guessed it – makes learning fun!

That’s right – because by integrating graphics, film, interactive exercises and reflections that engage the user, even tricky and seemingly boring topics can be made inspiring and exciting. It goes without saying that we always keep our customers up to date on what’s happening in each project, and in using The Happy Way, we can make sure to deliver what you ordered bang on time.

When we produce trainings, we most often start with our very own interface, The Xperience. We do that so as not to limit ourselves; we want the freedom and possibility to deliver what our clients request and dream of – without it costing the earth.

Short trainings of two to seven minutes. This is the go-to option for those who want to create a scalable training with short modules, rather than putting everything into the same package.

FAQs

Producing digital trainings should be easy, but it can of course be challenging, too. Here are answers to the most frequently asked questions.

Do I need an LMS?

Not at all. Our productions can be published on your intranet or another website – but if you do have an LMS, we can also make sure that everything works as it should in terms of reporting and technical features, through everything from SCORM to xAPI and other standards.

How much does a training cost?

How long is a piece of string? Jokes aside, that’s a tricky question to answer. It’ll depend on how long the training should be and what it should contain. We try to always be flexible and find solutions to suit all budgets. Our range of projects starts at around 15,000 SEK, and each project is unique. Get in touch and we’ll find the right level for you!

We have an existing Flash training that no longer works. Can you help?

We can indeed! We’ve worked on quite a few projects related to exactly that: converting old trainings that were made in Flash (or other tools) into other, more modern solutions in HTML5. Get in touch to find out how we can best help you convert your trainings.

Do your trainings work on mobile?

We adapt all our productions so that the content is accessible on most devices and screen sizes. Occasionally, the LMS can pose limitations that make the training inaccessible on mobile devices. If you let us know what your challenges are, we’ll work with you to find a solution.

Can you adapt your trainings to adhere to WCAG?

WCAG is short for Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, which is a collection of guidelines and standards that websites need to meet in order for the content to be accessible for everyone, including people with disabilities. We’re more than happy to help you adapt your trainings to adhere to these.

We need a training in multiple languages – can you help?
