SATS GROUP

Code of conduct

With a vision to influence the health and quality of life of all its members as well as society at large, SATS Group is the leading fitness chain in the Nordics.

Our task

SATS Group needed to provide information on their Code of Conduct and at the same time give the user the opportunity to practise sound judgement.

The training was to be aimed at all SATS employees, and by ‘employees’, SATS meant anyone contracted to carry out work at or on behalf of SATS Group, which is a total of about 10,000 people. That’s 10,000 people with different needs, different backgrounds and different experiences of education.

SATS is constantly striving to be at the forefront when it comes to innovative solutions, in order to be the best fitness chain in the industry. This mindset had to feature throughout the training too.

Our solution

With an energetic, encouraging training full of films, interactions and games, we introduce the user to The Code – SATS Code of Conduct. Through different exercises like bench press, sun salutations and running, we teach the user what’s expected of all members of staff and of SATS Group as a company.

The training guides the user through different situations they might face in a normal day at work, and helps them to understand what’s considered OK within SATS Group – and what’s not.

We created a sleek, informative, educational and interactive training that embodies the SATS brand, and which everyone can understand, be inspired by and learn from.

A few words from the client

“Happyworks’ creativity resulted in an online Code of Conduct training that matches our core operations perfectly and at the same time motivates our SATS members of staff to take the training. As a starting point, it was important to us that the training would feel like SATS and provide the same experience, and we think Happyworks have succeeded in that. The collaboration felt straight-forward and enjoyable all the way from start to finish, and we were afforded a great deal of responsiveness and flexibility in order to see to our wishes. We look forward to many more strong collaborations and working together towards our vision: ‘We make people healthier and happier.’”
