Digital training about activity-based ways of working – a matter of course for Folksam. Folksam knows full well how important the work environment and different ways of working are for work satisfaction, well-being and having the energy to achieve set goals.

Our task

The staff at Folksam work according to SMA2RT – a model that explains how to work in activity-based ways. The assignment for Happyworks was to create a training to provide all members of staff with knowledge and tools to apply to their day-to-day work.


Our solution

Among other things, the training explains how technology and a variety of environments are best used to inspire insights regarding exciting possibilities for what a working day might look like. It also busts myths in an entertaining way and contains humorous films about what working SMA2RT really is – and what it isn’t.
