Our task

Electrolux wanted to create a customer experience training based on podcasts. Through the use of podcasts, Electrolux wanted to share employees’ different ways to develop, drive and work with customer experience.


Our solution

Together with Electrolux, we created a framework in the form of a library of different podcasts, from which the user could choose which to listen to.

Podcasts make a great educational medium that boosts accessibility and enables the user to combine the learning experience with other work or, for instance, exercise or other forms of self-care.

The assignment consisted of:

  • Design production

  • Training production

  • Podcast production
