Sustainability

AFRY is an international company in technology, design and consulting. Its 17,000 dedicated experts in infrastructure, industry and energy globally help their clients to develop in the areas of sustainability and digitalisation, in order to create sustainable solutions for future generations.

Our task 

AFRY wanted to develop a training to create a shared understanding of sustainability among all members of staff, and to highlight the complexity of the sustainability issue. Upon completion of the training, users should understand the importance of adopting a holistic sustainability perspective and that every decision has meaning and impact – that all employees can impact AFRY’s overall sustainability work. In addition, the training had to cover:

  • What AFRY means by “sustainability”, promoting a shared view

  • AFRY’s role in the sustainability transition

  • How AFRY aims to achieve its mission to accelerate the transition to a sustainable society

  • The requirements and needs of AFRY’s stakeholders

  • An introduction to important words and terms

Our solutions

Together with AFRY, we developed a sustainability training with a focus on inspiring everyone in the target audience using relevant, science-backed facts.

Based on AFRY’s visual identity, we created a training with varied content ranging from scripted and animated films to interactions, text, images and exercises. The training was then translated into 14 languages in order to reach out to all of AFRY’s members of staff across the globe in the best way possible.
